​​1) In an effort to focus, I reserve just one or two days per week to read and reply to First time contacts (for existing clients its daily). If I am occupied with a project responding may take a while.

 

​2) I appreciate emails which take the time to explain. I don't typically "Hop onto" calls without context.

3) At times I can't reply to all emails. If more than a week passes without a reply, kindly move on as I am unlikely to be able to help at the time.

4) I am always excited about reading your email! I am happy to meet new people. Even if you have doubts about our collaboration the introduction would have been worthwhile.
